There is a facility of taking the backup of your computer data in some of the external hard drives. With all the facilities of mobility, better functioning of the external hard drives, they are more expensive than the internal hard drives of the same capacity.
The manufacturers have also made an alternative to develop a casing of the hard disk drives with which it is easy to convert the internal hard disk drive of 3.5” or 2.5” to external hard drives.
One of the best models of external hard drive is a Network Access Storage (NAS). This hard drive is directly connected to your network so there is no requirement of the host computer in order to access the data.
